Product overview and composition
Automatic Circuit Recloser is composed of a high-voltage recloser and intelligent recloser controller and can be operated manually and remotely. It mainly judges whether the line is faulty by collecting data such as current and voltage in real-time. When a fault occurs, the isolation device automatically opens, and the responsible user will cut off the power but will not affect the power consumption of other users, isolate the fault, and transmit the fault information to the monitoring center so that the monitoring center can handle the fault problem in time.
The integrated design concept is adopted to integrate the automatic circuit recloser, and the device includes a recloser, a cable connector, and a front-end acquisition device. One end of the cable connector is connected to the secondary equipment of the front-end collection device, and the other end of the cable connector is connected to the electronic voltage and current transformer of the recloser.
The automatic circuit recloser is an automatic device with functions such as disconnecting line current, telemetry, remote signaling, remote control, fault detection and isolation, and protection setting adjustment. It is an important guarantee for the reliable operation of the power system.
The capacitor of the automatic circuit recloser replaces the electromagnetic voltage transformer to meet the power supply and switch driving requirements of various feeder terminals.
Automatic Circuit Recloser working principle
The automatic circuit recloser is mainly an automatic device that integrates the functions of breaking line current, remote control, telemetry, remote signaling, and protection setting adjustment, and is applied to 10KV distribution network overhead lines. This product adopts a box body sealing structure, which has good sealing performance, making the device difficult to be affected by the external environment, not easy to be damaged, and hardly needs to be maintained.
The automatic circuit recloser adopts vacuum arc extinguishing, current transformer and voltage sensor to cast together as a whole to achieve miniaturization and maintenance-free characteristics. The recloser can also be combined with the isolating switch to form a combined circuit breaker, which can be equipped with an intelligent controller, and self-provided PT as a power source to become an intelligent automatic circuit recloser with voltage and current signal output and control. It includes a body, a high-voltage power-taking unit, a signal processing unit, and a front-end acquisition device. The front-end acquisition device collects the line three-phase current, three-phase voltage, zero-sequence voltage, zero-sequence current, and circuit breaker switch status in real-time.
The automatic recloser mainly converts the primary voltage into a small voltage signal output in proportion, transmits the output signal of the voltage divider to the signal processing unit, and realizes the shielding function of external electromagnetic interference.

A self-contained backup power supply ensures that when the line is powered off, the backup power supply ensures normal operation and meets the continuous opening and closing operations of the circuit breaker.
